Spring is poking its gorgeous head around the corner, promising some clear, sunny days and mild nights. In the meantime, we still have some cool nights upon us and that’s why we’re excited to share this yummy recipe for a cold night in with the family, a loved one, friends or just for you.
This Crock Pot Garlic Short Ribs & Herbed Potatoes is the culinary equivalent to a snuggle. There’s nothing quite like a roast to keep you warm and snug.
This recipe features LLM ingredients, including Organic Onion Flakes, chilli powder and Organic Garlic Granules which can be smashed in a mortar and pestle to a fine powder, a good quality salt and cracked pepper, dried oregano, dried basil and a LLM Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Most importantly, you will need our certified free range and all natural beef stock from The Stock Merchant. Rich and full flavoured, it adds the essential flavour to this snuggle roast.
With this recipe, you can choose to either cook the potatoes in with the roast (which is a quicker cooking time) or you can do the long haul, slow cook. Why not try adding some amazing Chilli Lime Salt with the potatoes for a taste sensation. We had it recently with James’ Roast Chicken, so it comes highly recommended. Happy roasting!
